해외에서 예약한 외국인 고객을 등친다는 인상을 강하게 받았슴. 노쇼를 한 것도 아니고, 도착 후 현지 숙소에서 현찰로 결재를 했는데도 숙박하다가 예약 일정 보다 몇일 앞당겨 체크아웃하려는데, 남은 예약기간에 대한 취소 수수료를 50% 내지않으면 가방을 압류하겠다는 글로벌 표준으로 이해가안가는 생때를 써더군요.

Location is good

Breakfast is so so and no aircon in the the dining room. Upon insisting a blanket was provided fir the room. Overall good value for money by Fiji standards but not by Asian standards.

Only you ppl should have deduction wen we hav some family problemm. I did hav family problem in west so I want to change from 2 - 4 to 5 - 7. But I did not get help. Please hav flexibility on those kind of issue. Check wid evidence and help ppl. Thanks

staff were very friendly and made sure I was settled in well/safe - which is very helpful when travelling alone. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel is a short walk to the city centre and there are numerous places to eat close by. This was my third time staying there and they did not disappoint!

The room was cleaned daily and the staff was great and friendly. The hotel is central enough to go to all the main shopping and dining areas of Suva but just far enough from the noise of the clubs, taxis and people.

The shower door could not close so there was water all over the bathroom floor. I saw a rat run through a small opening in the staircase wall as well as some cockroaches. Not a big problem - I just decided not to eat in the hotel. Anyways, there are a lot of great restaurants in the immediate area.

The food was good and staff were nice and friendly

This property has no lift access and the family rooms are on the top floor which is difficult with luggage. The air conditioners keep playing up so had someone in our room 5 times the first night. These rooms are cheaper than some but really need a decent upgrade.

The accommodation was close to restaurants, shops and other hotels.

The rooms were very sparsely furnished, and the overall condition was one of needing major repair or renovation. The shower cubicle was mouldy and the air conditioning in the living area did not work adequately

Staff were awesome always went out of their way to help. Food in the restuarant was good too.

No lift only stairs which was annoying with luggage on 4th floor. Aircon issues as it wasn't cold enough to keep 2nd bedroom cool kids slept on floor in lounge room .

staff were okay, the balcony was okay i can see cars passing by from my second floor room.

there were not much food on the restaurant menu to serve. was expecting to buy simcard or data from the hotel but they don't sell it.

should have access to free wi-fi if staying more than 2 days The curtains in the room should be changed - noticed mildew stains on them and they looked old Smell of dampness in of right corner side of bed Incomplete work of cleaners leaving pile of dust swept from the rooms in the aisle and below the stairs Cleaning items placed below the bathroom sink - not a good sight!
